LG 47 Inch LED/LCD 47LV355T HD 3D TV Review

The giants in the industry headquartered in Korea, LG have released a brand new model for the 2011 year, the LV355T TV series. Fortunately they are still furnishing the 47 inch LED model which is such a popular one among LG TVs.
The TV 47 inch LCD TV model features a built in Freeview HD tuner and it is not the standard model found in most television units. The price was more than reasonable and it looks like a dream and performs as one as well. It is designed for wall mounting with it's ultra slim frame or can be enjoyed also on the stand which is supplied. The brushed metal finish truly fits so well with any decor. There are truly so many positives to be had with this great model.

For starters, the features on the television are simple to understand and navigate straight out of the box. One then simply presses the remote control home button which brings up an effective and simple GUI which allows for easy adjustment of the settings by the user. There is no issue with immediate response when the buttons are pressed. Of all LG TVs this model has truly shown itself to excel in all it's features.
For those people satisfied with what they already know about the TV and who simply want to place an order for one clicking onto Amazon will get the process started.
The Freeview HD tuner consistently makes a great impression. Standard definition viewing is totally clear and crisp and everyone will also be happy to see how fluid the electronic programme guide or EPG is. Anyone who has ever dealt with EPGs that are in many cases so unresponsive will have a special appreciation for this. The LG company truly did a great job here. On this LED there is a stunning look to HD channels but one should always check first to see if at their address Freeview HD is in fact available.
Hooking it up to the Onkyo 5.1 and the XBox 360 one will soon see that the LV35T has every port ever needed for their home entertainment pleasure. One will notice also the presence of a USB slot where video clips and images can be easily shown. The quality of the picture is beyond excellent and partnered with the Onkyo amp the same can be stated for the quality of the sound as well.
As is the case with all large screen model televisions having a seperate sound system is a huge positive. The sound that emanates from the built in speakers is invariably lacking in bass and tinny sounding.
The truth is today that upgrading from LCD to LED is a true positive step forward and one will never be disappointed doing so.
There are so many positives to this model to be enjoyed including the Built in Freeview HD tuner, excellent HD picture quality and great price just to name a few.
If anything at all negative can be said it would be that the built in speakers were not great.
